Welcome to Geeks n Gamerz. To keep this community a high-quality resource for everyone, please adhere to the following:

  • 🔍 Search First: Before starting a new thread, use the Search Box. There’s a good chance your question has already been answered.
  • 🏷️ Use Prefixes: Ensure your post has the correct prefix (e.g., [Help], [Review], [News]). If you don't see a suitable one, contact an Admin.
  • 📍 Post in the Right Section: Keep the forum organized! Tech questions (like "Best Processor") belong in the Geeks Lab; gaming discussions belong in the Gamerz Zone.
  • 📝 Be Detailed: "It doesn't work" doesn't help anyone. Provide specs, screenshots, or error codes to get the best help.
  • ✅ Mark as Solved: Once your issue is resolved, mark the best answer as "Solved" to help future users with the same problem.
  • 🚫 Zero Tolerance Policy:
    • No Piracy: Discussion of illegal software, cracks, or "warez" results in an immediate and permanent ban.
    • No Politics or Religion: This is a neutral zone for tech and gaming enthusiasts only.
  • 🤝 Respect & Fanboyism: Everyone has their preference (Intel vs. AMD, Console vs. PC). Respect different opinions. Toxic "fanboyism" will be moderated—if you can’t be civil, don’t post.
  • ⚖️ Admin Rights: We maintain this platform for the community. The administration reserves the right to take action on any behavior that disrupts the site's standards, even if not explicitly listed here.
  • "If you feel a moderator has made a mistake, please PM an Admin privately rather than arguing in public threads."
  • 🏷️ How to Use Thread Prefixes
  • To keep our community organized and ensure you get the right eyes on your post, we require the use of Thread Prefixes.
  • How to add a prefix:
  • Select your Category: Navigate to the relevant forum (e.g., The Geeks Lab).
  • Click "Post Thread": Before typing your title, you will see a dropdown menu labeled "Prefix."
  • Choose the Best Fit: * Need a fix? Use [Help].
  • Built a new rig? Use [Build].
  • Selling a GPU? Use [WTS].
  • Update when Finished: If you asked a question and it has been answered, you can edit your thread title to change the prefix to [Solved]. This helps other "geeks" find solutions faster!
  • Threads posted without a relevant prefix may be edited or moved by the moderation team.
