1. Acceptance of Agreement
By accessing and registering at geeksngamerz.com ("The Site", "The Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Rules. This is a binding legal agreement between you and the Site Administration. Use of this Service is restricted to individuals who meet the minimum age requirements specified in the board settings.
User Conduct
Discipline is paramount. Harassment, hate speech, or the promotion of illegal activities is strictly prohibited. We maintain a "High-Signal" environment; low-effort spam, trolling, or disruption will be purged.

Classifieds Policy
The Site is a venue, not an escrow. All trades are at your own risk. Mandatory timestamps and feedback are required. Scams will result in a permanent, non-appealable ban.

You retain ownership of your content but grant Geeks n Gamerz a perpetual, irrevocable license to display, archive, and promote your submissions across the Service.
2. Disclaimer & Liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS. GEEKS N GAMERZ DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL THE ADMINISTRATION BE LIABLE FOR ANY FINANCIAL LOSS, DATA CORRUPTION, OR DISPUTES ARISING FROM MARKETPLACE TRANSACTIONS. YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS THE SITE OWNERS FROM ANY CLAIMS RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
3. Administrative Rights
In our capacity as a Democratic Dictatorship, the Administration reserves absolute authority to:
- Modify, move, or delete any content deemed unfit for the community standard.
- Suspend or terminate accounts for any violation of the spirit of these rules.
- Update this Protocol at any time. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of all updates.
